- PO Boxes will not be shipped via UPS.
- All expedited orders must be placed by 11:30 Mountain Standard Time for it to be shipped the following day.
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.
How to Order Online:
From the home page, click on a category of choice. Click on an item to view from the product list. Check a color and size and then click on “Add to Shopping Cart”.
We can process orders from anywhere outside of U.S. with provided shipping company and pre-paid typically, wire transfer, before shipment. You will receive order confirmation via email before shipment.
When your order has been received and you have provided us with valid e-mail address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail. If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status by clicking” My Account” and logging in with your user ID and password and then clicking on “View the orders I have made” under “My Orders”.
Modify or Cancel Order:
Due to our efforts to ensure that you received your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. However, should you cancel the order, it is subject to 20% cancellation fee if the order is in "processing" status. We do not accept cancellation via email (due to the response time require and possibility of miscommunication). Cancellation of an order must be confirmed and verified by calling us directly at 602-625-0128
Cut Off Time:
- Please allow to 1-3 business days for processing your order (subject to conditions)
- Business days are justified as being Monday-Friday
- Any order placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday’s.
