It is our goal that the items you order meet or exceeds your expectations. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please send them back to us and we will be happy to credit your account.
Follow the return procedures below.
To Receive a Refund for Returned Items:
- Items should be returned in a padded envelope or box.
- Please email info@truegraceapparel for a return authorization number
- Items must be returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date
- The amount of your refund is only for item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping
- Items must be returned unwashed and unworn and in original packaging
- Items are ineligible for a return past 20 days of the fulfillment date
- Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing
- Ship items to:

To Receive a Store Credit for Items
- Please contact us within 20 days of receipt.
- Store credit will be issued on any items that are received past the 20 day return requirement.
- Store credit cannot be issued until return is processed
- Once your return is processed you will receive an email with your store credit details
- Store credit does not expire
- For damaged or defective items simply email us within 24 hours of receiving your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number, style description and number, and a photo of damage. We will reply with details on the next steps.
- If items are not in-stock at the time of order, they will be backordered automatically.
- Backorders will be cancelled if they total less than $20 or if we have not acquired the items within 14 days.
- Only orders shipping within the US are eligible to receive backorders.
- No additional shipping will be charged on backorders.
- Backordered items will be charged when shipped.
- Canceled backordered items may be reordered.
