It is our goal that the items you order meet or exceeds your expectations. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please send them back to us and we will be happy to credit your account.

To Receive a Refund for Returned Items
- Items should be returned in a padded envelope or box.
- Items should be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns should include a copy of the original invoice.

To Receive a Store Credit for Items
- Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- For damaged or defective items, simply email email@example.com the invoice number, item number, and a photo of the damage. We will reply with details on next steps.
- If items are not in-stock at the time of order, they will be backordered automatically.
- Backorders will be cancelled if they total less than $20 or if we have not acquired the items within 14 days.
- Only orders shipping within the US are eligible to receive backorders.
- No additional shipping will be charged on backorders.
- Backordered items will be charged when shipped.
- Canceled backordered items may be reordered.
